This majestic mansion, built in 1910 as the summer residence of the esteemed Lopez Clan, stands as a tribute to Dona Presentacion Hofilena Lopez. Designated as a heritage house by the National Heritage Institute, Roca Encantada seamlessly blends modernity with historic charm.

Step onto its grand balconies and be greeted by panoramic views of the beachfront and Iloilo Strait, with the "La Islas de Siete Picados" adding to the picturesque horizon.

Despite its private ownership, Roca Encantada graciously opens its doors to the public, inviting visitors to explore its historic halls and scenic surroundings. For a nominal fee of 50 pesos per person, guests can indulge in sightseeing and immerse themselves in the rich heritage of this enchanting landmark.

It is a pretty house. Owned by the Lopezes, they opened their house to tourists. It provides an great view of the sea as a back yard and it alao has a nice chill place where you can sit and relax.

Its patio overlooking the sea also offers a nice backdrop for photos. It also has a wide front lawn perfect for gatherings. However, the main house in itself is closed to tourist and you can only go around the house to check its surrounding. It is close to the beach and to this bucolic old church.

The place is perfect for small wedding receptions. You have to pay an entrance of 50php to...

Located right next to a beautiful coastline, this ancestral house is unique because it looks fairly modern. It's said to be the rest house for many celebrities visiting Guimaras, which makes it a worthwhile destination - especially if you're into that sort of thing.

If you like taking picturesque shots, then this is not to be missed. As it's private property, you can't go inside. However, touring the grounds and the balcony above should be enough if you want to take lovely photos. Please don't forget to pay for the entrance fee...
