Some of the grave and the site around it aren't being taken cared of and cleaned by the caretakers of the memorial park, and worst is that these caretakers throw garbage in the graves like used cigarettes, stones, soil from other graves, candy wrapper and others. They did this to the grave of my mother, grandmother and father and the grave beside theirs. Another is that they removed the Bermuda grass of the grave of our family without our knowledge. Recently, I saw a burn in the right upper most corner of the tombstone of my mom. One more thing is that I saw one grave near ours without the soil anymore and I just saw water inside the grave with no remains of the ones buried there, and they also removed the tombstone there. I saw this last October 7, 2021. I noticed too that there's no garbage containers around the grave site, I only saw one garbage container far from the grave site of our family. Later I'll took more pictures for proofs. I forgot to say earlier that the comfort rooms are all locked except the one that is nearest to the main gate where there are security guards. Three entrances/exits are available in different parts of the memorial grounds, providing additional accessibility depending where you're from or where you are going.
Staff (security guards, maintenance and office) are courteous and approachable.
There are tons of sari-sari stores outside the grounds where you could buy candles, matches, lighters, light snack, refreshments, etc. Prices are the same as as prices of these things go everywhere else in the metro. Except for the flowers, theyre a little bit pricey, but not pricey enough to ruin your day.
