Pros: -Beautiful scenery. We could not get enough of the striking mountain view of Mt Isarog -Staff are kind and would go out of their way to help -Comfy bed -Pool is nice and inviting -Lots of activities can be enjoyed by the whole family
Cons -Be ready for almost 1km of unpaved road going there -California Villa was too far away from the pool and the rest of the rooms -Be wary of food cut off times. There is no in house restaurant so we were left to ask the staff to do pasabuy for usâ a hassle since we did not know the cut off time before we arrived -ATV is super old, only one worked while we were there. The kawa bath was non existent since they did not have the milk and/or flowers to garnish it with. Archery was average although safety could be improved. Also, they charged us per person going in the Trampoline, not per time spent even if it stated P50/15mins. We felt scammed truth be told -The ârestaurantâ/ eating area was also old and unkempt -Finally, we spent more than an hr at check out because they meticulously checked the rooms. Some towels they said were âmissingâ but truth be told they only gave one or two towels per room which is not commensurate to the number of pax we got. A big hassle and left a sour taste upon our exit
Overall, enjoyed, but will...

I recently stayed at Palm Resort and found it to be quite affordable, possibly because they are targeting a specific market segment initially. This approach makes it a great choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for a pleasant getaway without breaking the bank.
The resort's location in the countryside means encountering bugs is quite normal, so it's something to be expected when staying in a farm-side resort. However, this didn't detract much from my overall experience.
The receptionist and staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing positively to the overall ambiance of the resort. They were always ready to assist and made the stay more comfortable.
One area that could use improvement is the food. While the meals were generally satisfactory, I found them to be quite salty, which could be adjusted to better suit a wider range of palates.
In conclusion, Palm Resort offers a budget-friendly option with the charm of countryside living. Despite the occasional bugs and overly salty food, the friendly staff and affordability make it a worthwhile choice for those looking to enjoy a relaxing stay without spending too much. With a few tweaks, it could easily enhance the overall...
Read moreI recently stayed at The Palm Resort, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The rooms are beautiful, (WINDMILL) they are spacious and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day of activities. Each room is equipped with modern amenities such as a TV, refrigerator, and a clean lavatory. What stood out to me the most was the luxurious bath tub, with transparent ceiling! perfect for unwinding and relaxing.
Moreover, the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly specially sir Ronnel who is assigned on the hall and food preparations, he help us during and after the event. Other staff were always ready to assist with any queries or requests, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Their hospitality truly enhanced my overall impression of the resort.
Overall, I highly recommend The Palm Resort for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Camarines Sur. With its pleasant rooms, excellent amenities, and attentive staff, it's definitely a top choice...
