Lanawan Rock is a view point located on the mountain of Plandico, Concepcion. You can reach it through a bike, a motorcycle and even a four-wheel drive if you dare to, but make it sure that you're driving a pick up track. A place good for those who are fond of hiking and trekking... You need to trek before you can reach the Lanawan Rock.. it's tiring but when you reach the view point, all of it will vanish due to the spectacular view that you're about to witness with your own naked eyes!!! Folks says that Lanawan Rock served as a resting place for some locals before and became a watch tower for the guerilla during Japanese War...

A not too hard walk uphill. Like 20 minutes will get you to 5 stations and as many viewpoints. The views are beautiful and impressive. You need a guide to hike up...100 pesos...and the ride was 150 one way, but this is kind of a bumpy ride on dirt road from the town so it is worth it. Enjoyed the view and a nice spot for sunset but come back...
