I recently visited Calamba Sea of Clouds with my friends, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. From the moment we arrived, we were met with disappointment.

First, the receptionist/staff was not welcoming at all. This immediately set a negative tone for our trip, making us feel uncomfortable and ruining our mood. Hospitality is such a vital part of any customer experience, and this initial interaction made us question the quality of service we could expect.

When we got to our rooms, things only got worse. The rooms we were booked had no water flow so we had to transfer water from the outside to our toilet, which was a major inconvenience. The room itself was poorly equipped: no electrical outlets, no air conditioning, and no electric fans. It was unbearably hot, and the size of the room was tiny—only suitable for two people. For a rate of ₱1,000 per night, this was absolutely not worth it.

Adding to our dissatisfaction, we were told there would be free breakfast included in our stay, but that turned out to be false. The room also had broken things and bugs, which made the experience feel even more neglected and unhygienic.

The most alarming part of our visit was when some strangers tried to enter our room. Apparently, the receptionist/staff had told them it was a free room and even gave them the keys! This was not only incredibly unprofessional but also made us feel unsafe and violated during our stay.

Overall, our experience at Calamba Sea of Clouds Resort was disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone, as it fails to meet even the basic standards of comfort, cleanliness, and customer service. Save your money and look for a better option...

This is the worst place we've visited in Maragusan. Nagdating kami there by 6pm, and the receptionist was not welcoming and very mean. They even made us wait for 1+ hours before they gave us a room. The room they gave us was the worst, not worth the price! The room was not clean, even the bathroom's door is not attached to its proper place and there's no water! Nag report kami about the water sa receptionist and gisabihan lang ako na "busy pa ako" Gosh! Kung nag leave ako doon and wala sila gikulit, hindi nila i-address yung concern ko! I thought that was the worst that could happen so we let it slide. However, mga 11:30pm, someone opened the door of our room because the receptionist didn't guide the other guests kung saan talaga yung proper rooms nila so they just randomly opened door that was occupied, grabe na-stress ako! Na realize ko din na their rooms have the same keys (I don't know if that's okay or not, pero this...

We hired Best of Davao Tours for exclusive tour and one of the destinations is the Calamba Farm, Sea of Cloud. We left Davao at 4am and reach the place at 7am. The entrance fee is 60 pesos per head as per post. It was raining on that day so we waited for an hour until the fogs are clear. For the mean time we bought Suman malagkit 20 pesos for 3. Suman Cassava 10 pesos each and hot tsokolate for 20 each. We also met and take photo with the owner. They are so hands on doing the work in the farm and very humble. The husband even give my mom a rare plant that can only be found on that area. As per the view it was spectacular 😍Variety of spots where you can take instagrammable photo. The rest of the attractions are still working in progress. If you can’t afford to go to Bali yet, then you...

We visited last Nov.01, 2024, and it's a good thing the sea of clouds are visible, I think it's because it rains the night before the day we visited. I Love the improvements just enjoy the view more ..Entrance is only 60 pesos . . and you need to pay for the environmental fee 15 pesos per pax and parking lot 10 if you ride with your motorcycle.
