The place is fair compare to other resorts that I visited previously whenever I'm back in the Philippines. There's a trace of it's old beauty but need more maintenance and improvement. Cleanliness is not bad but it's not spotless. The most important which I keep on hearing from friends and aquintance is that their staff are not friendly. Since I didn't experience it myself I thought it's probably subjective, So I went on to bring my family there! Unfortunately, it's true! Their staff were not train to be cordial, from the receptionist down to the lifeguard. Great emphasis on the lifeguard and I hope the management can educate their staff and be particular with the lifeguard! I observed that he is very rude to the guest. There was a family with small child, so excited to enter and he just shout rudely and loudly No because he's wearing a colorful shirt and the material is not allowed and so on! It became an argument with the parents where other guests can hear! I'm beyond compassionate with children and elderly. It is already understandable that rules will be followed on proper attire during swimming this is a given fact and everybody knows this! When young children are excited to enter and swim without wearing a proper attire, the lifeguard or any resort staff can talk to them properly and nicely. They should be train to be hospitable and courteous to everybody but especially to Young children and elderly. Additionally, elderly, guardians, or parents only wanting to enter just to take pictures of the children swimming or watching over their safety should not be Force to wear a proper swimming attire. They know how to change to the swimming gear when they feel the need to do so. they want freedom in their own pace. Please show respect to them! Elderly or those senior citizens are already sensitive emotionally, plus they are not teenagers who can flaunt their swimsuit while watching their grandchildren, aside from religious reasons of wearing conservative clothing they are also not comfortable of wearing it when they don't intend to swim right away! Thus, I find it truly rude and disrespectful when the lifeguard tried to reprimand my mother and don't allowed her to enter and force her to change first and shower! Moreover, I went to check my nieces and nephews swimming and the lifeguard blow the whistle on me continuously, which is too annoying and disrespectful! When I came close to him and ask why would he do such thing! He only reply he thought I was wearing maong fabric which is not allowed in the pool! Having a closer look at my attire he then says I can go! Having witness, and experience this kind of rudeness and disrespect especially towards my beloved mother who is already a senior citizen is not acceptable to me. Let me finish my review with advice. I understand that the lifeguard are simply doing their job. However, they should do it in a respectful way. They should not jump into conclusions that just because they enter the swimming area the guest will jump right away in the water! It's common Sense, especially theirs a shower place in the entrance. They can remind the guest nicely to read the rules which is already written in the entrance. Even though most guest are already aware of this! Also I noticed they are too afraid of the sun and covered themselves entirely that you can't recognize their faces anymore especially they also wear shades. I can't see any name tag or I'D to distinguish them. I mean a proper resort should have that at least. The most important the rule of the lifeguard is not only barking at the entrance but also to look out for the entire guest especially younger children! One hyper, and emotionally challenge child keep on throwing small Stone and pebbles in the children's pool and yet no lifeguard came to reprimand him or he's parents. In essence, I will not recommend this resort and will never come back here ever! It's better to check out SEA WORLD OASIS RESORT! THE STAFF ARE VERY GRACIOUS, SUPER FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING, ALL AMENITIES IS SPOTLESS AND MOST OF ALL THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT!
