When you take a tour to Sugba Lagoon, make sure to drop by Kawhagan Island. This place is amazing. A charge of 30php per head and food and drinks are available. Sand bar is really nice when the tide is low. The view you get when the sun sets is magical. The place is kept clean and our local hosts are very friendly. Food and drinks are offered there as well. You can also camp here if you want to spend a night or two. A charge of 300php per head is collected for your overnight stay. Bring snorkels and if you have a drone, bring it as well. On arrival we paid a small conservation fee, bought a fresh coconut and rented a straw mat to sit on.
We spend a few delightful hours walking the sandbank, searching between rocks for crabs, and just chilling.

There are vendors on the island selling seafoods and chicken as well. You'll just buy from them and they will cook it for you depending on how you want it cooked. There are picnic tables and huts.
