Guimbal Vanishing Mansion / Acacia Tree — Attraction in Guimbal

First heard about this town's point of interest from a past episode of "Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho" on GMA. Guimbal's animistic folklore about what they call the "vanishing mansion" of the Taglugar nature spirits, is so cherished among the townspeople that it inspired them and their LGU to protect a beautiful ancient acacia tree from a road widening project which is part of the clutches of so-called "progress". They had a landcaped garden around the tree and a statue of the "White Lady Passenger" and have these fenced around with signboards that have inspirational quotes and also reminder for pedestrian safety since the area has two public schools facing...
