Upon entering barangay Harip, you need to log your names in, pay a small fee of P10 per head and P30 per vehicle. As you go along inside, business is already booming as we saw some beach reports almost everywhere- side by side, big and small, nice and all. Some locals' houses have eateries, mini-marts and sari-sari stores upfront. There you can buy food, water and other stuff which you may had forgotten to buy beforehand. Inside the resort itself, they have available rooms for overnight stay. We didn't avail them since we already had an accommodation in Hinatuan Adventure Park (I have a separate review for it as well so please check it out). Davince's cottages are plenty and the rates are affordable, most of it do have power outlets. You may plug in appliances like induction heater, electric grill, rice cooker, chargers, etc.

Spoiler alert: No celfone signal. But not a problem- we came here to 'disconnect' from and unwind. The beach line boasts of good white sand, almost end to end. The ocean view with small islands in the foreground is picturesque. For me and my friends, having been to this beautiful place is an awesome reward after enduring a...

We stayed in their dormitory-type room overnight which is actually good for 8 persons and which cost 3,500 pesos.

We were initially assigned to their A-Frame's second floor which could fit 4 adults but we think we couldn't really fit as we were 6 adults and 1 kid, plus the cr is outside, on the ground floor.

Good thing we were allowed to changed room which is the dorm-type one with its own cr inside.

Booking ahead would really be helpful, less hassle for the one who leads the pack. Haha

And you can also request seafood or anything ahead of your arrival. Plus staffs and locals can prepare the food for you. You just have to compensate...

Not Recommended – Terrible Experience

I really wouldn’t recommend Davince Hidden Valley Resort to anyone. The staff, especially one guy who seemed to be in charge, was extremely rude—not just to us but even to other guests. He was shouting and even threatening people, which made the whole experience uncomfortable and stressful. There’s also no signal in the area, and their customer service was just horrible. Instead of being a relaxing getaway, it felt like we were unwelcome and bothering them by just being there. Definitely not worth the trip. Avoid if you’re looking for a peaceful and...

from the resort's name itself, this location is well, very 'Hidden'.. Road going to this place is rough and bumpy, of course what can you expect in a hidden paradise, you have to pass through difficulties to see and enjoy a breathtaking view. Better to come with a vehicle that is close to avoid dust from the road. When we came there, a bridge was under construction. Hopefully, their road will be finished in no time to enjoy the travel.

The place was clean, and the staff made sure to maintain cleanliness throughout our stay. However, the waves were a bit rough during our visit, which made it less enjoyable. I also noticed there were no lifeguards on duty, which can be dangerous, especially for children, during rough seas. Despite that, the place was still worth the weekend stay. Thank you!
