Obong cave is one of our favorite places whenever we visit my hometown, Hinobaan. A place where we enjoy hiking or tricking for a day or two, with crystal clear water and a natural habitat for bats and fishes, usually seen in the aquarium. I will never stop coming to visit this place again and again. I am hoping to hear that the LGU Hinobaan will give attention to the clearing and cementing of the road for more tourists to discover and enjoy.

So the only thing I was displeased was the route our tour guide chose for us. I’m a larger guy compared to the average male here so I would not have chose a route that included crawling prone through the dirt. So I will warn you against seeing col. villamore’s room. Skip that leg and you’ll be fine. I highly recommend snorkeling here. The water is beautiful.

I'm claustrophobic and this is my first time being inside a cave 😱😱 Was so scared at first but then seeing swarms of bats and breathing in their stinky smell made me forget that I have claustrophobia 😂😂 Had a great time exploring this hidden gem where you can see a lot of rock formations. Seems like nature became a shapeshifter ❣️❣️

This cave was amazing such a great experience. Our guide was really funny. We got amazing pictures. The secret beach on the other side of the cave was awesome! The bats were very cool! WARNING Do not drive your own vehicle unless it is four wheel drive and you are very comfortable off roading. We almost slid off a very steep part of the road and it could have been catastrophic. Do yourself a favor and hire a van driver that has experience on...

The water in the cave is deep enough for swimming. Right next to it is a spot for picnics and the Dolphin Cave to explore. It has exciting things to offer. You can also visit the "Lover's Mountain" which is a hike away if you are in for an adventure. Its like being lost in paradise. Please bring life jackets, swimming gears, a flashlight and protection for your feet as some of the stones are sharp and you might step on...
