The area is good and really fun if you're seeking adventure and trying something new! There are 4x4 and ATVs available. Staff and policemen in the area are really friendly and even share stories with their experiences. • You can ride 4x4 per vehicle for pax of 5. • You can also rent ATV for 2 person 30 minutes at 1000 pesos. • The area is hot so prepare to bring waters and hydration. There are nearby store where you can buy waters. • The experience with 4x4 is great. There are what they call "drops" where the vehicle will drop at a steep descent. It's truly one of a kind experience! • There are areas which you can do photo ops. • Depending on the availability of your tour, the 4x4 will go to the beach side. The waves are strong and windy, but almost all of the people there are only for photo ops. No one were swimming when we got there. • There are 4 stops where you can take pictures and descend the vehicle. • Sand boarding is fun and a must try! • The 4x4 driver knows how to take great pictures! Pro tips: - Bring bottles of water if you're easy to get thirsty. - It's definitely hot. Bringing sunblock is a must. - If you can spare a few bucks to the people who do sand boarding, it will be a great help for them!

Paoay Sand Dunes is a vast expanse of golden sands in the Ilocos Region, renowned for its thrilling 4×4 adventure and sand surfing. The current tour package rate is 2.5k PHP, suitable for 4-6 persons, and includes 4×4 adventure and sand surfing, with breaks for taking pictures. For a unique and adventurous experience, this is a must-try in the Ilocos Region as there are no other places like it in the Philippines. The duration of the ride was approximately half an hour. The thrill of movement on rugged terrain, combined with the wind whipping your face, is a refreshing experience. Every part where the 4×4 reached the peak and plunged downhill was an adrenaline-fueled rush. Kudos to our driver and staff for their incredible accommodation. Moreover, I was impressed by their creativity in capturing pictures of us. My favorite highlight of the tour, the silhouette jump shot against the sunset background, was taken by our driver (see below)! Sand surfing was also incredibly fun. While sitting is usually encouraged, for a more thrilling experience, I tried sand surfing while standing, and it definitely delivered!

Exhilarating 4x4 Adventure and Sandboarding Fun at Suba Sand Dunes, Ilocos

My family and I had an absolutely thrilling time at the Suba Sand Dunes in Ilocos! The 4x4 wheel experience was nothing short of exhilarating. The moment the ride started, we were holding on tight as the vehicle sped up and down the steep, sandy slopes. The adrenaline rush was incredible, and the breathtaking views of the dunes and coastline added to the excitement.

The highlight for us was the sandboarding—trying it for the first time made it even more special. It was such a fun and unique activity, and even though we took a few tumbles, the experience was totally worth it. My family couldn’t stop laughing and cheering each other on as we tried to master sliding down the dunes.

Overall, it was an amazing day filled with adventure and memories that we’ll cherish for a long time. The staff were professional and ensured our safety throughout the experience, which made it even better. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Ilocos and looking for an unforgettable adventure with...
