Feels like in heaven. There was a thunderstorm warning when we went there, fortunately it did not rain. As a result, there were fogs everywhere. Every thing was white. You gotta be sure to wear extra thick garments when visiting this place early in the morning because it's so cold. It was a thrilling experience. There is no electricity in this place as everything is powered by solar energy. You can park along the road. There are cottages where you can have a picnic. There are stores selling food ang souvenir items. Be sure you have a full tank of gasoline because the next gasoline station is really far. The road going is also challenging so be prepared. Be ready for the influx of people during weekends.

Skyline View Deck, Quirino, Ilocos Sur - 3/5 The view deck is a promising spot for scenic mountain views, but unfortunately, it was cloudy when we visited, so we couldn’t fully appreciate the panorama. The roads leading up to the deck are very steep and narrow, making the drive a bit nerve-wracking, especially for those unfamiliar with such terrain. While the experience wasn’t ideal due to the weather and challenging access, the cool breeze and peaceful ambiance still made the trip worthwhile. I’d recommend visiting on a clear day and ensuring your vehicle is well-suited for steep climbs.

The pass itself is one of the my favorites with its unimaginable twists and turns. Skyline view deck is on the top of the pass. Year, by year it becomes more and more populated with buildings and concrete structures. Eateries are one of the worst I’ve come across in the Philippines- very poor choice of dishes in close to a miserable atmosphere. I hope some of the responsible local governments will take appropriate measures to tidy up the place and make it a showcase for a touristic attraction, not just another natural beauty spoiled by the irresponsible locals.

It is one of the best places in Ilocos sur to relax and unwind. And for those who have motorcycles like me or even 4wheels vehicle,if planning to come here,i recommend you to travel first to Cervantes to skyline view Deck Quirino then exit to Candon City. That's the best experience to travel👌👌

Nice respite to residents of Ilocos Sur. If you yearn for the cool weather of Baguio, this place offers the nippy bite. Perfect to visit when you want to catch the sunrise. Skyline has establishments that offer barako, instant noodles, and local delicacies. There's toilet facilities as well.

The viewdeck has majestic vantage point. It overlooks Quirino, parts of Besao, Mountain Province. We went on a midday, after several days of sunny skies, so the sky was a little bit smoggy. I imagine it would be perfectly clear in the morning, after several days of rain.
