Be in paradise and still be connected with the outside world is a good thing. *Beach Water is so clear and clean plus the golden sand *People are so accommodating *Food are affordable (fresh seafood. Salibungot Beach is one of the best beaches in Jomalig Island. It is well known for its golden sand and best viewed during sunset where the sun sets directly in front of the horizon amplifying the golden shade of the shore. The path to the place is a sketchy forest via motorcycle (habal-habal) then a beautiful view of the sea will greet you. The place is neat and the water is clean, although, you cannot stay here overnight for there are no resorts in the area. This part of the island is owned and maintained by the officials...

We came here as part of the island tour and to witness the sunset.. Unfortunately, the sun sets behind the clouds so we see nothing majestic... I think it is very common to have cloudy horizon here.
