Been there twice.
Bring water to rehydrate from walking, it's easy to go down to the resort and hard to climb back up. Be careful with the steps cuz the rocks ain't joking with the sharpness.
Bring your own tent (P200 per tent), charging station is available at the store for only P10, Hot water with cup P8, 1 Gallon of Water P100, snacks are also available.
Or you can rent the Cottage for 1,500; inclusion of the (Lights, 1 table, 1 room good for 4 people only as the caretaker required, electric outlet, ceiling fan, and bedding with pillow and blanket). Reminder, P50 entrance fee is not included.
You still have to fetch your own water from a pump to use on bath's and CR's.
Store is open till 10pm, No Swimming and No loud noises also at 10pm.
People are nice and approachable. So you can ask them if there's anything you need.
If you have a service vehicle, you can leave it at the parking lot beside the store (there's a fee just ask manong who guards there, if he's not around (sometimes he guide's or help's people with their belongings from going down to the beach hahaha) you can just pay him later or the next day before leaving the place.

How to get there:
A 15-20mins travel by ferry boat from Parola to Jordan wharf.
You can ride a tricycle (200 pesos/tricycle-can accommodate 5 passengers). Just tell the driver that you’re going to Capitoguan beach. Travel time is 15 to 20mins.
The tricycle will drop you off to their parking area, the road is too narrow for the tricycle to pass so you need to walk about 15-20mins(depends on your pace) going to the beach/campsite.
You can bring your own tent, rent a tent or cottages (limited). There's a 50 pesos fee for the entrance(overnight) and 200 pesos for tent space. Signal is excellent, they have stores(closed at 10pm) who sell drinks, ice, uling, etc. but I suggest you bring your own food (drinks have corkage fee).
