Great for a short visit but be ready to climb. 144 steps from the bottom to the top of the hill and then a bunch more to the top of the observation tower plus it’s hot and humid. Nice view at the top of the tower of Kalibo and the Aklan River although it’s partially covered up by the trees. Tidy little chapel and gazebo beside the tower. Staff at the entrance were informative and helpful but signeage could be better for the three caves. Saw only Cave 3 while headed back down and thought we missed 1 and 2. Turned out 1 is a ways down a side trail that we missed and 2 was right beside the entrance road. The hall before the trail also had plenty of ancient artifacts from the caves on display. Overall a good place to visit if you’re in Kalibo...
