The only mountain that captured my heart. Its majestic views and natural forest serve as the home of faunas. The colorful floras, from its smallest organism to the centennial trees. The terrains and trails serve as paths to the peaks and summit. The springs, rivers, falls, and lakes ease our thirstiness on our way. It's pristine nature hard to find anywhere else. Wanna detoxify from the stresses of life? I highly recommend going back to nature here at Mount Apo. Not sure if you can make it? Do a lot of research and prepwork beforehand and try trekking through smaller mountains first, like Mount Loay in Sta Cruz. Reaching the top of Apo is really 90 percent mental so aside from physical preparation, make sure you got the fortitude needed too. Learn to take things one step at a time. When tired, rest. Refrain from asking the tour guide about how long it will take you because either you wont like the answer or they won't be honest with you. Just keep on walking and enjoy the trek through the mountain because you will surely get...
