Bahong Sunflower Farm — Attraction in La Trinidad

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of concern regarding the Bahong Sunflower Farm, which has recently gained popularity as a tourist destination due to its beautiful sunflower fields in full bloom. However, I must emphasize that the current state of the road leading to the farm poses a significant safety hazard and is unsuitable for the influx of tourists.

The road to the farm is a narrow, one-way farm road that is not designed to accommodate the volume of tourist traffic it is currently experiencing. This has resulted in numerous traffic jams, congestion, and safety risks for both tourists and local residents.

Given the current state of the road, I strongly advise against allowing tourists to visit the Bahong Sunflower Farm until these issues are adequately addressed. I recommend implementing measures to discourage tourism in the meantime to ensure the safety of everyone involved. This may include proper road traffic management measures, such as widening the road, installing traffic lights or signs, and enforcing traffic regulations.

It is crucial to prioritize the safety and well-being of tourists and local residents by addressing the road safety concerns before actively promoting the farm as a tourist destination.

Bahong Sunflower farm is a work in progress. It's still undergoing development though it's already open. The footpaths aren't easy and they still need to let more flowers grow at the points of interest inside the farm.

However there are plenty of flowers already but comparing it others, this place needs a bit more development and to add more parking and I'm saying all of this because of the expensive entrance fee. There is also no cafe or store that sells after and the toilets need running water.

All in all, I feel the entrance fee is high for what you get but if you're a fan of flowers, you might want to check...
