Bulingan falls might not be as grandeur as the other falls in the philippines but its charm lies to its unspoiled surrounding and of course the stigma of its province Basilan.
Rock formation in Bulingan Falls is something that you will be amazed with. Water is greenish but cold and clean. The government made a pool 10 meters away from where the water falls for children so that they will be safe from drowning. The area just below the falls is 7 to 8 ft deep so make sure that you really know how to swim to venture on this part of the falls. But the rest is chest deep.
You can also try going at the top of the falls to see big boulder of rocks as well as a little strwam that leads to the fall.
