Lemerish Beachotel — Attraction in Lemery

Our experience at Lemerish Beach Hotel and with their staff was extremely disappointing. The floors were filthy and sticky, with rust all over and grime in the corners of the bowls. The bathrooms were dirty and smelled awful. They only made the exterior look good, but the rooms and bathrooms were disgusting. The staff had no training in quality customer service and seemed uninterested in talking to us. There was no safety training either, just endless chatter. They didn’t care about the clients, and no staff were available to assist. The front desk was chaotic, and they left us to carry our own luggage and walk to the parking lot outside the hotel despite of heavy . We ask for help to allow us to bring our car near the building where we stay, but it seems they do not care. The service was extremely poor, as if they had no interest in working. Decent bedroom with some defective appliances such as cafeteria. Despite bathroom was clean, the toilet smells unpleasant sometimes. The water also smells metallic sometimes.

Internet connection is bad. You cannot connect from the inside. Otherwise, we go outside to get connection despite heat on there is extremely unbearable during this month.

Beach is the worst thing in this place. Dirty and disgusting.

Thankfully some pools are not dirty enough but its super hot during afternoon. We enjoyed sliding but its stairs was unsafe to step because its slippery and stiff.

We enjoyed food there despite its somehow pricey.

Some staffs are friendly but some others like from the port are sales talk...

Rooms are clean and spacious. You can bring your own cooking stuff but you can also order food from the resto. I just overheard that the service is not that fast.

Also a reminder, the last time we stayed there, the gate to the beach is closed at night. Staff said that the LGU doesn't permit tourists to stay at the beach front at night due to some mishaps involving drunk guests. Overall a nice place that you can bring your family to.
