This was my second time going here, and the first one was a great experience; however, my return was a horrible experience. But first, the pros of this place are its natural areas. The beach is beautiful with white sand but a little bit rocky, and the mangrove forest is great. The real issues that took away that beauty are the facilities and the staff. It should be a relaxing place, but it turned out to be a stressful pre-Christmas day for us! There was no one to assist us when we arrived at the resort; they just pointed us where we should go. The comfort rooms are really ugly; there's not even a lock. How are we supposed to take a bath and pee and poop comfortably if it has no lock? It doesn't even have a tile nor a shower, just a faucet and a makeshift pail. Even the grilling station is on the sand! It's been years since I last went here, and the facilities are not improving or maybe got worse! There was a party in the other cottage, a lot of drinking men. One of the men approached us and harassed my friends. They don't feel safe and comfortable as the man keeps on harassing, and there's no staff nor security in the resort at that time (about 8 PM) for us to reach out! The use of karaoke in the other cottage lasted 24 hours (our whole stay). We need to sleep, but the music and their voices are too loud, as there was no staff available to call them out. We raised it through the group chat, but all we got was a heart react! Giving us less than 4 hours of sleep and not continuous sleep. We reached out to the staff, and we raised our concern. The first staff was kind and accepting our review and suggestions, then another woman approached us, asking, "What discount do we need?" She's so arrogant and looks so unapologetic! We don't need a discount! What we need is good service and good facilities! They also added that there was a shortage of staff because it is nearly Christmas. This is not acceptable; if they can't put staff on those days, they might as well not operate on those days! Finally, the price of the cottage is not worth it! It is so expensive compared to other resorts! This is a very bad experience, and we will never recommend this!

Located at the end of the Barangay road at Lagadlarin at Lobo, this mangrove forest is a nice example of locals helping to preserve their natural resources, creating awareness and letting tourists experience a mangrove. There's a bamboo bridge that'll take you through the mangrove which ends at an area where there's a raft that you can rent as well as a beach with fine sand.

"The natural resources is beautiful and magnificent but the staffs, furnitures and service ruined it horribly!!!!!"

The service did not meet my expectations. They know that the beach is already overloaded/overcrowded, but they are still accepting customers letting them pay for almost 1k for tent only which is overpriced and 20 entrance fee per head not knowing where to place that tent you've paid for because it's already overload and crowded. When you can't find a place where to put your tent and can't find a spot to eat, take a bath and something. They will won't allow you when you requested a refund which really sucks because how are you supposed to have some fun with your family etc and be satisfied with the amount of money you've paid for when you can't find a spot due to overcrowded customers and the staff still accept you even though they know there's no enough space.. Because of the conflict, we just leave the beach due to overcrowded customers and without the money we've paid because they don't allow us to get a refund.

The service and staff sucks, they are bad, arrogant, and they don't care about their customers after you pay for the fee's. All they care is money! That's why they still accept customers even though it's overcrowded and they won't allow you to request a refund when you decided to checkout due to lack of space. They don't even had a proper parking places for their customers vehicle!

"I WILL NOT RECOMMEND!! THIS TO ANY TOURIST OR CUSTOMER WHO WANTS TO TRY AND OUTING IN THIS BEACH DUE TO ITS HORRIBLE SERVICES AND STAFFS. JUST FIND ANOTHER BEACH WHERE YOU CAN...
