Date of Visit: December 2019 Aqua Planet is definitely a must-visit attraction in Pampanga! The whole family (whether young or old) will surely enjoy all the attractions inside the biggest waterpark in the Philippines. The entrance fee was a bit expensive (PHP 950-980 for persons 4 ft and above), so make sure to try out all their slides and water activities! Sadly, I haven't conquered all the slides as my family (group of 4) first tried the Sky Shuttle ride. The whole experience was thrilling and nerve-wracking as we slid down very steeply and thrown away into the air before sliding back down. Good thing I was holding on tightly to the floater (or else, I'll fall down lol). We then tried the Super Bowl, which was a little less thrilling (for me) than the Sky Shuttle. Then my fam went on to try the less scary attractions, such as the Octopus Races, Spiral Slides, Wave Pool, and Wave River. I was really planning to conquer the Tornado Slide and the Aqua Loop (a jaw-dropping vertical fall into the waters), but my prior experience with the Sky Shuttle/Super Bowl really scared me. Oh well, there's always a next time! My father and brother did try the Aqua Loop and advised you to hold/cover your nose as the impact of the water would definitely splash your face. Comment on the other amenities/services: My family rented a locker, located near the park's entrance, where we left some of our valuables. We were also planning to rent out a cabana (PHP 3,000 which is good for 15 pax) but opted to use their FREE tables and chairs. We stayed at the tables located in front of the Wave Pool, where I think is the best place to stay as you can enjoy sightseeing while lying down the pool lounge chairs. Since Aqua Planet does not allow outside food and drinks, we ate at their restaurant. There is a wide array of food choices, from typical Pinoy comfort food (adobo, tocilog, halo-halo) to Korean (bibimbap, Korean fried chicken) and American dishes (burger, spaghetti). Personally, I think the prices of the food, which ranges from PHP 120-300, is reasonable, considering the above-average serving size. However, the drinks (frappe and fruit shakes) and desserts (ice cream) were quite expensive (PHP 50-150). I haven't seen any stall/kiosk that sells chips or other snacks, so hopefully, they offer that soon. The STAFF was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed our Senior Citizens and PWD companions to enter with a bottle of water and small snacks. Lifeguards were very attentive, and they are located everywhere around the pool area. As for the crowd, my family visited during the Christmas season (December 24), so there weren't a lot of people in the park. Due to this, we haven't experienced any long lines at the slides, and the place was not that overcrowded. I advise you to come here early at 9 am in order to fully enjoy the experience. I just hope next time that they consider a regular pool (without the slides and all) so that Persons with Disabilities (PWD) can also enjoy swimming under the sun. But overall, I really enjoyed the waterpark experience and would definitely come back next time. đđŻ

We went on a peak season (Black Saturday) and the waterpark was jam-packed; crowded. Overall experience was nice. It is truly a âworld-classâ waterpark and the first in our country. Some few cons: 1. Lines in the ticket booth (entrance) was extremely long and inefficient. Maybe due to absence of online reservation, e-ticket, etc. All guests MUST purchase the ticket on the spot from one of the only 4 booths. Just imagine! They could have setupped temporary booths to accommodate the huge crowd. 2. Locker rental fees are purchased inside the waterpark. Yes, another queue. Plus, they decided to man the booth with one personnel will do just fine! *facepalm*. They could have made it available to purchase along at the entrance since we have already endured the crazy queue! 3. If youâre alone, other than the Aqua Loop and Octopus Racers, you can no longer ride the other slides unless you make friends. Most of the slides strictly require minimum of two sliders (no single floaters available). Family slides require at least 4 sliders. These were not mentioned anywhere in their website or Facebook! If information was provided, it could have been helpful in planning the visit. Now the pros: 1. Slides were all an amazing experience. Somehow comparable to Waterbom in Indonesia, and Cartoon Network Amazone in Thailand. 2. The place is huge but has a limit of 3,500 guests daily. Thatâs a nice touch! The waterpark is crowded but not too much to the point that you will no longer enjoy the slides. 3. Facilities - from the free umbrella tables & chairs, to the shower rooms - were very nice imo. Never been I feel comfortable taking a shower in a waterpark. It was also clean inside! 4. Plenty of lifeguards, and floating vests are conveniently available for everyone. I should say they handle safety better. Good job! 5. Because of their Food Festival event, which I believe was their answer to burning suggestions on their Facebook, food was not a problem. In fact there is now plenty of options. Albeit it was overpriced, it was understandable. 6. I like the cashless RFID cause I donât want bringing cash while we soak and chill at the Wave River! Though there was a bad experience at the queue, it was still a nice experience at Aqua Planet. Hopefully when I come back, online and etickets will be available.

One of the best water parks out there for my opinion. First of all, we don't have a clue how to get here so we used Grab but on our way home, while booking our Grab, a jeep passed by and we asked if it is going back to Main Gate Terminal and it was. Route 2 Jeeps from Main Gate Terminal passes by Aqua Planet. We could have save money if we knew this. I advised you to go on weekdays because they won't allow you to go inside if they already reached thier maximum capacity limit and on weekends, they usually reached it so if you're going on weekends, come earlier than thier opening time. Since we came in on a Saturday, the water park is packed (a lot of people but not crowded). The water park itself is big and spacious. Waiting in line for the rides takes a bit of time (since there are a lot of people, this could have been easily avoided if we came on a weekdays). One day is not enough for us to experience all the rides. Also since the line for foods are long, we did not bother to line up and get something to eat. I advised you to eat outside before going here, then enjoy the water park, then eat outside again once your out of the water park. Facilities are great, shower rooms and changing rooms are spacious. They also have family room for those parents who need to wash thier children. Lockers are also available if you don't have someone to look for your stuff and it cost 200 Philippine Pesos. These lockers are locked by your RFID bracelet which will be handed down to you once you entered the water park. I really liked how they integrated technology in theis water park, thier bracelets have RFID which is used for entrance and exit of the water park and to lock and access your lockers. Also they have a huge monitor in thier wave pool which can be used to play movie or maybe a cool video effect that is in sync in thier party music but they are playing the promotional video of Aqua Planet which doesn't make sense because you're already inside of it, why do you need to play videos about it? Overall, the experience of being here is great and very enjoyable. A time well spent. Staff are very polite and courteous. Very recommendable to others.

I had so much fun here with colleauges. Highly recommended. The good: - The park is very clean - maybe because it is somehow new. I just hope they continue to maintain this level of cleanliness. - The park is huge. There are so many things to do here. Extreme slides for adults and water playground for kids. There is this family-friendly wave pool as well. I really enjoyed their extreme slides. - Good selection of good and fairly-priced food. I thought their food will be very expensive but no, pricing is just right plus you get to choose very wide selection of foods. I had their beef burrito, fries and boba milk tea. Really good. - Ambience is fun and chill. Very fun as they have very colorful theme and they have so many tables and chairs with umbrellas to chill for free. - Their cabana is a must-have if you are in a group and itâs summer. I thought it was an excess for our trip but I was very thankful we have it as it really lessen the hassle and heat of our stay. Very clean and comfortable cabana as well. Worth the price. - Ticket price is just right. For about 1000 pesos, I think you get what you pay for. As long as you will be using their extreme slides so to get back your ticket money. The opportunity: - Itâs so hard to commute to the place. No direct shuttles, jeepneys or other public transpo means. You either need to have your own ride or get a Grab/taxi which is really hard as the place is quite far from the city. Others: - The park layout is very much like Yas Waterworld in Abu Dhabi or any other big waterparks in other countries which is really fascinating to think that we already have here in PH. Think of a newly-renovated Splash Island in Laguna but grander. - We were quite lucky that there is the Aurora Festival that day which I think lessened the people there. Not much queues on slides which is great. I imagine on a regular weekend, there are so many visitors here so make sure to choose the right day. Overall, it was a really fun experience. I highly recommend this park to all.

Would have been perfect but the food was horrible. The slides, pools and the employees were great. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The lifeguards would say hello every time you passed by. The place was really clean (and hopefully us visitors will maintain this). There are more than enough garbage disposals around the entire park. The cabanas seem really worth it. They look really comfortable and clean and have their own fan and safety deposit box. For those who don't need cabanas they have lockers for rent at 200 pesos which isn't really bad in exchange for your peace of mind for the security of your valuables. The bathrooms are so clean and like I said hopefully we can maintain this as it is not only the staff's job but also ours to keep them clean and functioning. Be warned though.. most of the slides need to be done by 2s or 4s. There are also WEIGHT LIMITS. Which is perfectly understandable as this is for the safety of everyone. Minimum weights are usually at 100 lbs and maximum at 200. Overall it was a really great experience. The only downside was the food. Not only was it expensive, the food also wasn't good. So it is safe to say that it really was not worth it It's a good thing that we had eaten before coming in, and I suggest you do the same. We had already spent more than 1000 pesos on the food inside but we were still starving. Hopefully this will improve because so far that is the only aspect that needs improvement.
