#TheSebastians go to #Zoocobia. Our family had a quick trip to the zoo and had so much fun! Lagi na lang kasi nasa bahay ang kids. It's good to go out as a family once in a while and build lasting memories. ❤️ #zoo #familyoffour #momoftoddlers #makingmemories #unforgettablemoments #familyfun #familyday

Great experience especially for kids. I think this place deserves a 5-star, and it is underrated due to past low reviews. You just need to manage expectations.

First, although the road leading to the particular area is rough, it is passable by a sedan or even a mini car. We had no difficulty navigating it even from Manila.

Second, the place is small but it is an advantage for small groups or little kids that cannot walk long distances. The animals are limited, but I appreciated the interactive approach. My som enjoyed feeding the birds, the bearcat, ostrich, monkey and the camel. It is a great place to spend some time with animals.

Third, the place is not pricey as the previous reviews indicated. The 400+ entrance fee already includes a voucher for activities which can be subtracted from the full amount, so the entrance fee is only around 200+. That is cheaper than any other zoo/activity place. If you have more activities, you can add certain additional packages like photoshoots, zoocobia rides, camel ride etc for an additional fee. If you are not able to consume your voucher, you can use it to buy water from the canteen area. The comfort room is clean, the area is safe.

Lastly, the staff were very accommodating and attentive. The ostrich grabbed our ticket paper from our bag, and the attendant even braved entering the cage just to grab it back. When we had a flat tire, the staff kindly changed it for us. They were all very easy to talk to and I think they did their best. A fire show was even available that night, but we were unable to make it.

Overall, it was a very positive experience!! Kudos to all the staff for...

The place needs improvement. - expect a rough road going to the place; there are vendors selling fruits /veggies everywhere in Clark by natives - upon entering, you'll see different birds/parrots. It's nice to see them up close and free; however, the place/ staff has a sad vibe. There's a lot of trekking going to other places not recommended if you're bringing infants or older people. Only a few animals to see. We liked that we were able to see an ostrich up close, but we noticed that there was no staff nearby to assist, so we felt unsafe. The area where the donkeys, camels, and chickens smelled awful. We know that it's a zoo but we had a hard time breathing and difficult to appreciate the animals because of the smell. The camel where the camel riding activity looked hurt and sad. Her whole neck and face were roped around and hooked somewhere with a short leash. It's so sad to see, and it looks like she's hurt. There are adventure activities but we did not try as it was 150 per pax. They have a canteen and shake stall to buy food. bring a fan as it tends to be warm since there's a lot of trekking not just walking. Overall, the experience was just ok. I won't come back, and I don't know if I'd recommend it, especially for the price of 495 for walk-ins. good thing we booked through Klook so...

The zoo has very few attractions and animals, and it is not well maintained. The animals appear thin and hungry, which is quite concerning. Almost everything requires an additional fee, and the only enjoyable part is the zooc and the zooc attendant was very friendly.

The guides were accommodating but seemed unfamiliar with the animals, likely because they were just interns. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were not welcoming, with one attendant even walking out, refusing to repeat a task and asking someone else to do it instead.

The costs were quite high (495adult and 395 kids) additional 280 for three activities—a 100-peso horse ride lasted less than a minute, and feeding the monkeys cost 20 pesos for just a small piece of banana, not even a whole one. Compared to other zoos managed by Zoomanity Group, this one was significantly worse, especially in terms of animal care. Having visited the Tagaytay zoo, where the animals are well-fed, clean, and do not chase guests for food, this experience was disappointing. It was particularly disheartening to see the condition of the animals, especially in front of...
