Tatay Ade — Attraction in Macrohon

The place is clean and beautiful. However, a lot needs to be improved. They weren’t so clear about their policies. We paid for an overnight stay but we were confronted for being a bit “too loud” at 11pm (we just had background music and mild laughs) when in fact, there were no policies related to silent hours communicated to us before hand.

After the incident, all of the resort lights were turned off, including the lights in the comfort rooms, which is supposedly a basic amenity for a places like resorts!

We went there on a Monday so there were only a few beachgoers. Prepare to pay hidden charges such as P150 for bringing your own mat if you don't want to avail the cottage (P600) or tables and chairs (P250) on top of the entrance fee of P10 per person. I overheard the other guests that they need to pay another fee if camping overnight.

Luckily, we weren't collected any parking fee.

Could definitely improve on their comfort room but water pressure was okay.

This place offers a wide beach with bamboo cottages for rent. It was clean and seemed well kept by its caretakers (except the toilet/shower area). The sand is white but not fine, more like tiny pebbles.
