Carmel Waters — Attraction in Malaybalay

My cousins and I had fun although we had a little problem during the entrance and accommodation. The reason behind the problem was their contact number which didn't work when we tried to reach them 3 days prior to our visit. We also tried to reach them a day before it but they're not responding. Also, it could have been better if they post complete information about their cottage fees and its inclusions. It could have been better as well if we were given the chance to choose the location of the cottage considering there were still more vacant and preferable cottages. We were only told that we can't transfer because they booked it already. We understood that we can't transfer but again, it's better if we were the one who chose the location of the cottage. For their slide in the big pool, they still allow even kids to do the slide even without life vest ONLY HELMET. Not all knows how to swim just like the other teenage girl who is soooo eager to slide just to make attention eventhough she doesn't know how to swim, then guess what?! She nearly drown and the lifeguards immediately saved her but there's this good samaritan customer who wants to save her immediately ran through a very deep hole (beside the big slide, he doesn't know there's a whole), so he accidentally and traumatically fell with his head hit so hard. The staff immediately call the city's rescue group to transport the injured patient. I am in love with the place! It has generously spaced 3 pools with one with 4 slides. Water is lukewarm matching the cold weathered Malaybalay. For overnight stays, rooms are not yet available but they are beautifully structured under the ground. Tents-for-rent are available with prices varying depending on number of pax to be accommodated. You can position your tent anywhere. You also have a complementary cottage reserved. The parking space has a lot of slots. There is a convenience store but with of doubled prices, better buy your necessities ahead. There are bon fires you can set up. Reserve ahead because there are a lot guests even during ordinary days.
