Place/Slab House 5/10 (Sliding door was broken) Suggestion: Put Curtain in the Kitchen Screen or any cover and fix the sliding door

View 10/10 Ambience 10/10 Staff 8/10

Guard Dog 10/10 (very sociable and follows you around if you need company) Suggestion: Give the dog company as well (another dog)

Just needs more accessibility like MORE LIGHTS NEAR THE STAIRS, WIFI or SAKSAKANAN in the room/house so you can call for help in case of emergencies. They don't have Walkie Talkie by the way. No staff-stay in, and no guard during our STAY. It was sunday and the guest in the park was only me and my partner. It was scary and eerie since we felt no security at all. We stayed at the Slab House (lowest level area) it was very dark and very inconvenient since we have to climb to the top going to the restaurant to charge our phones and connect to their wifi. We couldn't sleep at all since we felt really scared knowing we had no company in the park.

Overall glad we got out safe and we enjoyed the view atleast :)

P.S Bryle the dog followed us all the way to our accommodation and stayed with us for almost an hour while we were cooking. We fed him after we ate dinner then he left after a few minutes since we had to sleep already. We're just glad he was there to give us additional security...

Katihan Eco Park is a great place to stay in if you want to connect with nature. The view is spectacular and the climate really sums it all up.

Their villas are well spread out, that you get your own privacy. The resort has a flowing cold water pool. Some villas have their own private pool as well.

Recommend bringing in SUV cars for the trip as there is a river crossing, heading to the park. The nice owners of Katihan offers guest pickup at Malaybalay though, which is a plus.

The road leading to Katihan is not all concreted, but they are the kind of roads that you don’t really care how rough it can get, ‘coz the view is ultra super worth it. Truly...

Great get away place in the mountain. Refreshing and therapeutic air and environment with breathtaking mountain views. One takes and adventurous ride to get to the place with exciting sceneries. Reachable by car (preferably bigger one in order to cross the river), a motorcycle, or ATV. Cottages have pools and are distant from each other which provides privacy. Great place for kids who love to run around and explore nature as it is also near good places for trekking. Suggest staying for a few days to maximize the beauty...
