It is so perfect to swim there during summer because of the very cold water. It is actually the highest falls i've seen in personal. Even if you don't swim you can already feel the cold temperature due to the coldness of the water. But of course in every tourists attraction spot there are rules, the rules in katibawasan falls is that you cant cross the line where the flag poles are located because you might drown due to its strong impact of the water which is the falls.
