I’ll give this place 2 stars. Not because I have high standards but because of the staff and their ability to deal with customers. The place is a paradise and the golf course is phenomenal. That’s 2 points. Period. The hotel we stayed at lack of amenities and the wifi in the room doesn’t even work. Even the phone. They can’t even hear when you’re talking. The front desk offered the privilege card and said that it’s better to have that than carry cash around plus it gives 10% automatic discount on all purchases. So I availed it and put my money in it. Little do I know that the entire store is having technical issues accepting this privilege card or credit card payment. They want cash! We went to several restaurant, the wood pavilion, the bbq place, sand bar, nacho king, yellow cab and figaro. None of them don’t know how to figure the issue with payment. The lack of product knowledge, customer service, problem-solving and lack of urgency of the staff here is unacceptable, making this whole place a joke full of incompetent staff. It’s not harsh by how describe my experience here given that I bought a land here and will be living here when it’s finally developed. If this place aspires to be the next boracay then there’s a lot of room for improvement to make this place, “The Place to be”. On top of that, why was there 10 staff at the yellow cab kitchen? They’re just giggling, chatting and doing nothing but getting paid for nothing. This whole place is overstaff and none of them know how to figure out the issue with the payment. Army navy was the only place who figured out how to fix the connection, as well as Tully’sz so clearly, it’s the incompetence of the other staff. You people had lost a lot of sale for not figuring this out. Finally, the life guards. They keep saying “don’t go there” or “it’s not allowed” then put a sign where it’s not allowed. You have a beach but you limit people where they can swim even if the buoy or the border is not even on where we were. Put a sign if you don’t want people to get confused. It was absolute nightmare here coming back. Won’t be seeing me any time soon until this place is fully developed and my property is handed over. Perhaps, hire some manager or supervisors to overlook your overstaff and a proper product training, problem-solving and customer service. Being nice is not good customer service! But being able to answer customer queries and solve problems in a calm demeanour is good...

Price - Average Location - It's far if you are going there via private vehicle, otherwise you can ride ferry which is faster. Beach - one of the good looking shoreline and beach in PH that I visited so far though there is very few marine life. There is also no shades in the morning so prepare your sunblock if you want to swim in the morning. Facility - Complete amenities, from food court to shower areas. I noticed influx of people in the morning as they arrive via ferry. Though this is the case you will have no issues using their facilities. Area is very clean and well maintained. There are also areas where you can get water for drinking. Room - A little bit small for me though there is a mini ref, private restroom and veranda where you can hang your wet clothes. Food - There's a lot of option here but a bit pricey. You can even call from your room and have your food delivered. There is Figaro at the basement of the hotel so you can go there at night for a late night coffee :) Service - Great, they are always smiling and accommodating.
Overnight is not enough and the hotel seems to be operational only during weekends. One option (I think) is if you can rent a house from one of the owners so you can stay...
Read moretldr: overhyped. do not book. not worth your money.
False advertising and not open to feedbacks. Their page and website DO NOT post advisories. They dont allow swimming or any activities at the beach for this month due to strong currents BUT if you see their page they still promote the same activities (inflatables, kayak) and even charges the same rate (499). The only thing you can do is stroll around the beach and access their small infinity pools. Poor customer service. Staffs are not knowledgeable about the facilities and activities. No road signs and directions within the area so you really have to ask, and if there are few signages, they are not readable at first glance. Inconsistent policies. Pools are open until 9pm but they close the showers at 8:30pm. If you booked an overnight condo, access to pools is only free for the day you arrived. The next day, you cannot access the amenities unless you pay 499 per person. No signal for all networks except Globe. Even at beach or residential area. Condos are poorly designed with cheap quality material. Clogged toilets, intermittent water supply, only 1 bathroom for a...
