Pros: The place is a walk away from the high way and a few meters away from market. The beach is nice and clean. There were sweepers in the morning to clean up the area. They have a large area with a spacious parking. They have several cottages of different sizes. Their cottages could accommodate small group to larger group like arround 50-60 pax. They also have several benches which you could chill out if you're already tired swimming. They also have rooms and function hall. There is also a little bit tattered net for volleyball game. They also allow putting up your own tent. There is also small sarisari store in the entrance to buy snacks or drinks but may cost you a little bit higher than usual srp. They have their own boutique that sells items such as swimming outfit, toys and souvenirs. They also offer video-K until 10pm and mattress for rent. They also have a nice view of sunset. Cons: There were ants almost everywhere. There were also a few dogs walking in the area. They also need to improve their shower area and cr. The temporary shower area is untidy, dirty, and very open. While there was a spacious cr with doors where you can also shower, it only has 2 toilet and 1 shower area for women. The sink near the beach is very small (this was the only sink I've noticed in the area) and no proper drainage. Their management/customer service needs also improvement. Before coming to the place we've inquired about tents and they said they have corkage fee of 100 pesos and tents for rent for 450 pesos. But upon arrival they said said don't have available tents because they are already damaged. We were forced to rent a small cottage for 600 pesos and a mattress (which my husband carried from their sarisari store/entrance to the cottage. No service attendant to help you) for 150 pesos for twin sized (they also have single bed mattress for 100 pesos). We were given a 50 peso discount but still disappointed with incorrect information. Overall, I can say that the place is okay. The place has a great potential for improvement. If you're not so "maarte" and looking for a cheaper place to spend time with family, I would still recommend this place.

Pilwak may be one of the best resorts I've been. Their beach is amazing and their rooms are stunning! They have easy access to a store incase you need something. I love how hospitable they are and of course theh have a parking area you don't have to worry about walking too much. I JUST LOVE PILWAK! And I recommend it to everyone looking for a beautiful and nice resort!! They also have function rooms if you want to celebrate something there!

Been there twice, stayed overnight and it's just WOW 😲😳 it does have Pro's and Cons but what amazes me is there staff. They are all generous and kind all of them. Giving assistance to the customers is 99% approved. Especially Maricel in the Cafeteria, she's just so kind.
