Balatasan Beach Resort is a hidden gem tucked away along the pristine coastline. The highlight of our stay was definitely the floating cottages, offering a unique experience of waking up to the gentle sway of the sea. The crystal-clear waters were perfect for swimming and snorkeling, with vibrant marine life just beneath the surface. Our family had an outing here and rented a floating cottage with small pool (for kids and adults - to sit and chill only) inside. The cottage was reserved a day before. We brought out food and meats for barbeque. Rice can be cooked for a few in some establishments near the shore. Shower available, free but you have to fetch the water or pay a fee if you don't want to fetch water. Water is clean. There are side activities like banana boat ride, 250 per person.
