Aplaya Ortega — Attraction in Pagudpud

I live here in the north and often go see family and friends up on the coast.

We went for a little drive out in the new 4x4 to scout out a future development and during our excursion came across Aplaya Ortega.

This is the best example of what ALL Beach resorts should aspire toward.

NO it is not 5 star- It is way way more than that if you value the environment, keeping things natural, making the most of natural features and resources.

We had a very good experience, the owner (Nathan) and his employees (Boy & Lloyd) they're very nice. With our needs due to our medical condition, suffering from Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, synthetic fragrances, make us extremely ill. They did a fantastic job of preparing the room, we've been on many holidays, most of the time it does not work out well, but in this case, we could not have asked for a better job. Cannot say enough positive things about the wonderful trip we had to Aplaya Ortega. Exceptional staff, accommodations and facilities made our trip such a great experience. The natural pool was nice where the water coming from spring water directly from the mountain. You can also asked the owner to rent a boat and have you bring to the other coast.
