Visitors usually go to Pantabangan for the Dam, but only few of them are aware of this place. Intang has always been beautiful, I've been here long ago and it's nice that not much has changed. It's also tranquil, perfect if you are looking for a place to visit that's not frequented by a lot of people. It's windy but hot, there are not many establishments in the area that can shield you from the sun or to entertain you if you are not just planning to relax. Not sure if visitors are allowed to swim and if the water is okay for swimming, but I've seen some locals swimming.

When you arrive, you are greeted with a very beautiful view of the lake surrounded by mountains. Unfortunately the experience ends here. The area is barren, exclusively rocks and dirt. There is nowhere to sit to enjoy and take in the view. There are boats and docks near the water, but they are all privately owned and not for rent. If there were even just some picnic tables, I could recommend this place strongly... Unfortunately they strive to make this place as undesirable as possible for visitors.
