The trailhead going to Panganuron Falls is located in between Libertad Elementary School and the small bridge in Poro (shown in Google Maps Satellite screenshot).
As per local residents there, you need to follow the cloth markings that are tied in tree branches, fences, etc. The colors of the markings include orange, green and white (it may also include another colors).
The terrain is rough and slippery, a good trekking shoes or sandals are recommended. You will also ascend or descend in some portions of the path.
I highly recommend going there with a companion. I ended up only to the unnamed falls (between Panganuron Falls and Princess Falls) and I did not make it to the Panganuron Falls in my first and second attempt. I did make it in the 3rd attempt, though.
