Ok, this happend to me, Me and my lolo went there with his friends, so as I, I thought a 14 km walk was easy, but it wasnt! When we reached the rest area, we already left! My lolo decided to go the left way, but I thought going right would be easier. We went on bike lanes. My ninangs were slow, that's why two of us waited for them, but they didnt arrive. Nighttime was going past and we were lost, we tried each long way out still, all we see are trees and walls. We walked so long I got tired so much I was left to carry, we saw light, it was a motor who came to save us, Cause I was so tired walking, they put me on the bike. We saw my ninangs hanging out at the "kubo" we asked tgem what route they went to, it was the walkibg one. Well thats a lesson to us... and me! My lesson is never to go to La Mesa again! Their lesson is rembering the map. Still, I love that...
Β Β Β Read moreA great place for a relaxing outdoor gathering. The place is large enough that it offers event venue, bike parks, mini zoo, trail hike, etc. It's not one that attractive to large crowds but being with nature is just refreshing and relaxing. It's a forest haven in the city. Some parts need improvement though like the children's park. It's a great place to have picnic though. There are barbecue spots aside from small restaurants outside. The place needs done hype so that more people can go in, like a weekend live music, a bazaar or other stuffs. They can also build a mini amphitheater space in front of around the water shed and have some light and sound show in the middle of the water shed, if it's okay. The souvenir shops are fun and offers reasonable price. The parking space is a bit far off the gates but it's okay. The place can be more romantic and lively. Overall, we had a great family day. The jogging trails here are excellent and I could jog here every...
