An example of this confusion arose when we sought clarification on pool usage; despite being told by administration that payment was required, upon reaching the pool, we discovered otherwise. This inconsistency is both a waste of time and money for tenants. Unfortunately, similar issues persist in other residential areas managed by the same administration, indicating systemic problems. The employment of underqualified staff at lower wages, coupled with inadequate managerial oversight, contributes to the subpar service. Laubeco (yes I asked for her name) talked to me in a manner that is not for hospitality/hotel industries. I understand.. this is not a hotel. But aren't they getting paid from "association dues" to give service that the owner/guests/visitors deserve? Where do I complain about your spiteful staff? Read moreExtremely terrible. Engineers dont do anything at all, they repair nothing and refuse to replace damaged windows, fans and etc. I own a unit here and i haven't used it in years. I used the condo for the first time only to see a giant crack in the window. They made me pay to repair a damage i didn't cause. The admin is slow and never update me on rule changes, monthly due changes and etc. To top it off, SMDC has been notorious for having faulty pipings and they didn't disappoint in that part. The ceiling of the toilet is rotting due to leaking and a rotten stench reeks through the ceiling. I would never recommend such a terrible residences to anyone. In fact anything SM or SMDC related is pure cash grab and they dont serve anything of top quality. From the cabinets down to the floor everything is of poor quality. A little bit of humidity is enough to peel of the floor and rot the doors down to anything wooden in the condo....
