This is not permanently closed as per google here because we just went there yesterday. There is a 50 pesos entrance fee for maintenance since it was not subsidized by the government. I bought classic books and visit the house. It was owned by the Acuña's side and hopefully more tourist will visit this place where the first President of the 3rd Republic was born. The guide, miss Emily was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the Roxas and Acuña's family history.

This site looks like a regular old house, but apparently, there’s more to it than its appearance. Former Philippine President Manuel Roxas was born here! Unfortunately, I went here on a Sunday and it’s closed for visitors. But the façade of it gives off that Spanish era vibe.

Visiting the Manuel Roxas Ancestral House is indeed a great experience, especially for history buffs. You get to see various items that the former president actually used, which is really fascinating. I think we paid 100 pesos for my husband and I’s entrance fee.
