This is my opinion. I am just sad about how frustrating the management of this resort was. Go to Babu Santa instead. Babu Santa is a nearby resort with no permit at all but people from this so called "Dayang" will stop you from getting there and asked to pay them instead to go there. It is your choice to go to Babu Santa but they will hinder you to go there but once you agreed on paying them in Dayang, it is ok now to go there, see? They are the worse resort I have been into. the so called " MADAM" don't know what customer service is- very rude, very entitled and the attitude is so bad and she is so feeling close to us that it seems like we're not the guests. Asking personal questions which is very overrated and frustrating. Very disrespectful and they need more on to compensate all of their guests because it is really poor customer service. They call you " DONG or DAY" and I am a guest. They sell shampoo for 30pesos which is too high for a 9pesos shampoo. They don't have water access and then still want us to pay 20pesos for small jug of water. Their water gallon the one you put on the dispenser is for 100 pesos wherein the city you can get it for 25 pesos and guess what there is a 150 deposit so around 250 for just 1 gallon of water. other places or resort can provide water access but they are not. Please do not waste your time on going here, Very dirty place and there are a lot of manged dogs who wants to ask for foods and trying to enter your tents. The pictures are so stunning but if you can see how devastating the beach in person you want to go to Babu Santa instead. The scenery and beach can compensate the bad experience but the attitude of that so called " MADAM" is so frustrating. Very poor attitude and don't know what's customer service is. I don't know why she have given the chance to operate if that's their attitude. Poor customer service and I will not waste my breath taking boat ride just for a dirty beach and the ugly attitude of the "MADAM". Very sad experience and I will not go there anymore. POOR SERVICE!!! staffs kindly train your...

ACCESS The resort has its own dedicated Boat, We used "Dayang 2". Hop on is by schedule with 2 trips daily, 8am and 11am. the boat was slow, and departure was a bit late. going back, you have to make sure that you book your return trip at the reception, you might get the last trip back which is around 3pm.
CONCLUSION • Overall, the place is beautiful, but the amenities are lacking, and the management is quite rude. Its great for island...
Read moreWe choose Dayang compared to Babu Santa for the fact its safer and rooms are close. The later has open dampa'. Kuryente or even lightings are limited in numbers and in time the area is lit. First the good attributes. Rooms. Affordable cottages for overnight stay. Clean rooms. No CR for the cheapest cottage available(5/10/19, 700pesos good for 3). Though a common CR is available. Food. Availability per se. AC Power outlet
Things we wish the exact opposite. Food. Definetly bring everything you need or want. Be water, drinks or viand, i found it expensive. You can cook if you want, abuhan is available with uling for sale. Accommodation/Rooms. We wish power outlet per cottage. But none. They have a designated charging area which is far from the room we got. 3.Activities. beach swimming and beach swimming alone. Mingaw besh. ³Beachfront is mabato. Sea water is itchy. Mind you, bathing water is 20pesos per container. If you want to swim, go to nearby beach resort, Babu Santa, beach is byfar more appealing and free of charge. Warning, morning to noon will be crowded esp holidays since its a stop over for island hoppers. 4.Transportation. you can get there from Santa Ana Port to Santa Cruz Port, Talicud(70pesos). Santa Cruz to Dayang by habal-habal is 70pesos, its all per headcount. Enjoy the ride. Though we heard there's a boat from Santa Ana which has a direct route to Dayang.
Kudos to ate helper for being too accomodating.👍 PS. There are stores at Babu Santa which seĺls foods and water at...
