Paraiso Cave at Camotes Islands turned out to be a disappointing experience. The cave itself is very small, with just a tiny water basin measuring approximately 4x2 meters and about 1.6 meters in depth. Considering the 200-peso entrance fee, it felt like a complete rip-off.

To make matters worse, visitors are required to pay an additional 10 pesos each for a life vest and a helmet, which are mandatory even for such a small and shallow water pit. This feels unnecessary and adds to the overall dissatisfaction.

If you’re considering visiting caves in Camotes Islands, I strongly suggest skipping this one. There are far more beautiful caves in the area that offer a better experience for a much lower price. Paraiso Cave is simply not worth the...

Paraiso Cave turned out to be the most amazing cave for me to swim in because the water here is both fresh and crystal clear. During our visit in May 2023, as we sought to discover more of the Camotes Islands, we were absolutely thrilled with what we found.

Paraiso Cave mesmerized us with its crystal-clear, brilliantly blue freshwater. Although the water was refreshing, swimming in it required some effort due to its freshwater nature. To ensure a safe swim, I recommend considering the rental of life jackets, which, if memory serves me right, cost around 50 pesos each.

We had an exceptional time, and I firmly believe that Paraiso Cave is an absolute must-visit destination when...

We've spend 2 hours or almost 3 hours here. This cave is indeed a paraiso. We can feel like all 5 of us are cave mans and womans. Imagine that we stayed in the water for almost 3 hours. The water is cold and refreshing. The entrance fee is only 50 pesos. You can also rent a life jacket for onle 10 pesos. This place is good if you want to stay away from a sunny day. You can relax here. You can enjoy here if you will stay longer with some friends. Me and my friends relaxed in here, we talked and did some games like we owned the cave. Just enjoy the water and the moment. I advise that you should go here with your love ones or close friends so that...

The vicinity surrounding the cave is heavily decorated to a point where it lost all its natural aspect. But the place looks beautiful. The cave itself is surrounded by a lush, green, garden and a nice walkway guides travelers into the mouth of the cave. The mouth or the opening of the cave is massive, providing a cool ventilation inside. The cave though is kind'a small, just a few meters from the opening, you can already spot a mini-pool where you can reward yourself by dipping on its cold water. Inside the vicinity you can also find a canteen serving snacks and drinks but is kind'a overpriced.

Paraiso cave is more than worth to visit. Though the cave pool is much smaller than that of Timubo but both are equally extraordinary relaxing to the body and echanting for the spirit. Kindly guard your kids in swimming for safety purposes, the pool is deep enough for kids to swim. Also, its darker inside compared to Timubo, lights are lacking, so you better prepare yours. The more you dip the more you'll love it. Regular entrance fee is P50. You can check our you tube channel at Bisdak YOLO Traveler to watch our camotes island adventure - april 2018. Enjoy!
