BICOL ADVENTURE ATV — Attraction in Santo Domingo

Fun and adventurous, they master running the business so well... orienteering, navigating, esp. covering our ride on photo/video. Good job! Although, I just had a hunch we didn't complete the entirety of the trail as promised and paid. The one-time stop where we had Mt. Mayon as our groufie photo was I guess supposed to be the end of a much shorter trail - View Deck Trail (as tagged on the rock beside an elevated ground with a tree). We paid for Cagsawa Trail which supposed to have longer track. Needless to say, it was fine and I am still giving them 4 stars since the experience was really great and my friends were all tired yet...

The staff and guides here are all approachable. They welcomed their clients with a wide smile. For a first timer like me, I would say that the briefing was short and concise walang paligoy ligoy thumbs up kay kuyang nag orient! The guides were all helpful, special mention to my guide Angelo who has all the patience in this world handling someone who's too afraid to hit the accelerator 😂. The guide patiently helped and guided me from the beginning of the trail until the end of it. It was an amazing experience from muddy, bumpy, rocky, hilly and dusty trails. Bottomline, I still had fun but the units we used were in dire need of maintenance. The first unit I used simply stopped working less than 30 minutes into the ride so I had to switch with our guide and we were delayed because we had to wait for a new unit for the guide. Then, when we resumed, the engine for my replacement unit died more times than I care to count and also had no headlights when it became too dark which is dangerous. All of these killed the flow of the whole experience. I suggest you just spend a bit more on the other ATV services around with newer, or at the very least, better...
