JML Beach House — Attraction in Sarangani

The place is new and the manager is very accommodating to all the Guest. We went last week saturday evening, the place is so crowded and noisy. since we go walk-in,we haven't get a room because they are fully booked already and the room rates were different from the guard. The guard gives extra charge like 500.00 as we compare it from the inside manager. It's really noisy until 4am in the morning. The resort should make a rule that 10pm onwards will be time for silence. Because not all Guest want to be party all night, some Guest go to the beach to relax and take some rest. I was the one who make a move to inform the groups to stop and let us all sleep because it is already 4 o'clock in the morning!!!but they act like they do not care. This beach house proved to be a dismal choice, with cramped quarters and outdated amenities. The proximity to the shoreline did little to offset the discomfort, as the dilapidated structure and subpar facilities left much to be desired. A disappointing retreat that failed to meet even the most basic expectations. We expect more better in the beach that is not too crowded , although we expect more better in the house that it will be big but its too small for family and the bedroom side is small while the aircone doesn't work at all, and its too distrubing about the cr having a rock. If I could have given no stars for this resort, I would ...... due to the fact that there is no electricity, water and there is no bathroom inside the room and the bathroom is only one and it is very far from the room. They have told us that the capacity of a single room is for more than 10 people but the reality is ...... it is only good for 2 people. The room is also very small and humid. During our stay we also encountered a snake in the bathroom. Overall I don't recommend...
