I gave 16k Blue Roses a 2-star rating. Unfortunately, many of the roses were broken during our visit—only a few remained intact. We even joked that it felt more like “600 Blue Roses” instead of 16,000. While most of them still light up, it’s clear that the display hasn’t been well maintained. Possibly due to its location near the sea boulevard, the roses may have been damaged by past typhoons, but it’s disappointing that they haven’t been restored. Read moreI'm jealous of the development of Casiguran compared to my native home location. Casiguran is developing quite nicely. The streets are well designed for living, whoever did the "city planning" should be awarded and recognized. They should do Manila's city planning. Streets are paved and has walking paths for both sides. The roads are 2-way albeit still not wide enough; other countries do better where any sized vehicles can access any street.
