On Sept 2023, I visited this sanctuary as part of Matnog's island hopping tour. There's a bit of a walk from the boat to the sanctuary itself. You will have to go through the mangroves. I didn't pay any entrance fee apart from the boat rental. If you'd like to feed the fish, you can buy a cup of fish pellets which is plenty enough. Snorkeling is also a separate cost since you'll be renting the goggles. I'm not sure if they have any restroom facilities, the place was very bare. Think nipa huts with bamboo seats. We didn't stay very long here, maybe half an hour.
