Seven Falls of Lake Sebu
Located in the municipality of Lake Sebu in South Cotabato, Philippines, the Seven Falls is a stunning chain of waterfalls that has become one of the most popular tourist destinations in the region. Known for its mesmerizing beauty, the Seven Falls of Lake Sebu is a must-visit destination for travelers who love nature, adventure, and breathtaking views.
The Seven Falls is a series of seven waterfalls, each with its own unique beauty and charm. Each waterfall is connected by a series of trails, stairs, and ziplines, allowing visitors to explore the entire chain and experience the beauty of each waterfall up close. Here's a closer look at each of the seven falls:
Hikong Bente (First Falls)
The Hikong Bente is the first and tallest of the seven falls, standing at an impressive height of 70 meters. It is a breathtaking sight to behold, with its crystal-clear water cascading down the cliff face into a pool below. Visitors can climb a series of stairs to reach the top of the falls and enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape.
Hikong Alu (Second Falls)
The Hikong Alu is the second waterfall in the chain and is a bit smaller than the first falls, standing at 65 meters in height. It is known for its wide and shallow pool, making it a great spot for swimming and picnicking. Visitors can also take a bamboo raft ride to get a closer view of the falls.
Hikong B'lebel (Third Falls)
The Hikong B'lebel is the third waterfall in the chain and is the smallest of the seven falls. It stands at only 35 meters in height but is no less stunning than the others. Visitors can enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool at the base of the falls and take in the beautiful scenery.
Hikong Ukol (Fourth Falls)
The Hikong Ukol is the fourth waterfall in the chain and is the most challenging to access. It requires a bit of a hike to reach, but the effort is well worth it. The falls stand at 25 meters in height and are surrounded by lush vegetation, making it a peaceful and serene spot to relax and take in the beauty of nature.
Hikong Kefo (Fifth Falls)
The Hikong Kefo is the fifth waterfall in the chain and is known for its narrow and steep cascade, standing at 20 meters in height. Visitors can take a zipline ride to get a closer view of the falls or relax in the nearby pool and enjoy the peaceful sound of the falling water.
Hikong Tonok (Sixth Falls)
The Hikong Tonok is the sixth waterfall in the chain and is known for its natural infinity pool. The pool overlooks the stunning view of the surrounding mountains and is the perfect spot for swimming and relaxing.
Hikong Lowig (Seventh Falls)
The Hikong Lowig is the last waterfall in the chain and is the widest and most powerful of all seven falls. It stands at 120 meters in width and is a popular spot for kayaking and bamboo rafting.

Entrance fee as of 2025 is 50 php, it includes parking and environmental fees. Parking space is small and can eventually congested if there are a lot of people.
If you will take the zipline, I will recommend to leave your vehicle in the Falls Number 2 (take the left turn in entrance) and enjoy the hike to Falls number 1 (took me around 15-20 mins). But if you parked in Falls number 1 then took a zipline going to falls number 2, there are still motorcycles that will take you back to the falls number 1. So pick which one is more convenient to you. The important thing here is that you will enjoy the journey.
The Zipline will cost 350php/per head as of 2025 and there are offers to document your experience that varies in price starting from 200-300. The starting point is at Falls number 1 and you will end up on the other side of falls number 2, which you can get your photos (if you avail) at their station before taking another zipline towards falls number 2. Upon arriving at falls number 2 station, you can also get your photos. Then upon going back to the falls number 1 you can get your photos taking off at their photo studio.
As per experience, I had a hard time locating where the camera is and I lost a chance to take a good shot but there are some decent photos. I shared some attached to this review.
Overall, the experience is lot of fun and it must put into your...
Read moreLimited parking space, but we are lucky that there were few tourist during our visit. It was a weekday so, I suggest that to avoid the crowd, visit on a weekday. The area is well maintained and very clean. The zipline experience was exhilarating. We were on the ride for less than a minute however, we still got to see the breathtaking view and experience an adrenaline rush we haven't experienced before. This is definitely worth it for just Php 300.00. There are available action cameras for rent. They will also take a photo for you for just 100 pesos. There are 2 points/ stops here so make sure to pay for both so you'd get 2 different pictures from 2 different views. Personally, we did not opt for the pictures. (Because we forgot to bring our wallet with us during the ride). The staff and personnel were all polite. They are not as "smiley" as other tourist sport staff but they were all courteous so it did not take anything away from...
