Oscar makes the trip daily from his home in town to welcome his guests, to the mountain top replica of Noah's Ark. There you will experience beautiful views of the mountains and the sea. Oscar is a retired sea captain and the horizon view reminds him of his many peaceful days at sea. Captain Catajoy retired after 41 years at sea and built this Ark during COVID. The top level of the Ark, where the steering wheel is, is where the complete story of Noah is told, on large sign boards. The Ark is built from cement and was built to last. Captain Oscar's life reflects the life of Noah in that he also has three sons. Here is where he spends his days welcoming guests, (over 31,000 have visited so far) and enjoying the beauty of nature and God's wonderful creation. The Ark is a great place to visit, young and old, and teaches about the Bible, the story of Noah's Ark, and the power and wonder of God and his creation.
