Environmental Fee: 25 pesos (free if paid at the Barobo Tourism Office) Parking: 10 pesos for motorcycles Cottage Rental: 150 pesos Paddle Board Rental: 200 pesos, with a life vest included

Bogac Cold Spring in Barangay Bontudo, Barobo, is an absolute gem! It’s the perfect spot to escape the heat with its naturally cool, crystal-clear spring waters that are incredibly refreshing and said to have healing properties. The spring flows directly from the mountain, making it clean, pure, and even drinkable.

The area has everything you need for a relaxing day out, including cottages, picnic tables, and paddle boards for rent if you’re feeling adventurous. Locals and tourists alike flock here to swim, dive, and just enjoy the peaceful, nature-filled setting. Highly recommend for families, groups, or even solo travelers looking for a scenic, serene spot in Surigao del Sur!

The place is nice not so crowded. However the water is not well maintained. There are floating objects including bits of moss. We paid 15php entrance fee per person.

You can rent an umbrella or a table to keep your foods or things together. But if you are just backpacking you can set a picnic cloth under the shade of the trees nearby (its free of charge but not allowed to eat near the swimming area).

I was bit dissapointed. The waters kinda itchy so we spent just about an hour and half.

I know it was featured in TV so I expect I would enjoy but nah..

This is just my feedback. I don't hate the place. I still believe this place will improve soon so feel free to visit this place and enjoy...

It doesn't seem like spring though. Though there's a little part which really is cold but most of the waters are kind of hot and sorry to say this but the water isn't that inviting. Too many "something" floating. And the lofe vest is too expensive like P50 for a ñife vest that doesn't seem like a life vest. I don't think it can save a life 😅 though they have salbabida for rent which I don't know how much. And also they tables and chairs worth P100. And a comfort room for shower worth P5. Need improvement. So I'll give it 2 stars. And there is this place called Beto Lagoon which is like Enchanted River and it's too deep but you're not allowed...
