Grand Terraza — Attraction in Taal

Grand Terraza surpassed my expectations as the venue for my wedding. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning architecture and grandeur of the place. The location was convenient for our guests, with ample parking available.

The facilities at Grand Terraza were exceptional. The spaciousness of the venue allowed for a seamless flow between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Each area was beautifully decorated, creating an elegant and romantic atmosphere that perfectly complemented our wedding theme.

The catering and food at Grand Terraza were outstanding. The menu options were extensive, and the quality of the food was exceptional. The dishes were beautifully presented, and the flavors were exquisite. We received numerous compliments from our guests about how delicious the food was.

We are Mr. and Mrs. Darwin and Lorie Bunag, returning clients who specifically requested that August 8, 2026, be pencil-booked for our daughter’s 7th birthday. Today, when we came to make the down payment, we were shocked to discover that our reserved date had been given to a “walk-in” client. This is completely unacceptable. The very purpose of a pencil booking is to hold the date, and as returning clients, we should have been given the courtesy of being notified before it was released. We reserved earlier and were ready to pay—yet we were not even given the chance to secure our date. Is immediate payment more important than honoring commitments and respecting loyal clients? We find this extremely disappointing and...

I would like to give my honest sincere review. Just had a bad experience on this Hotel they called. First of all;

•Poor customer service. Staff are not approachable. •Dusty old rooms •Food served to us are salty and limited of choices. •Internet connection is weak. •If you request toiletries and towels there's a extra charge on it. (Tip bring your own) 😉

A hotel like this won't last, I tell you. Poor mngt. Poor quality. Poor Standard
