Uraya's Peak is a great spot for adventure and relaxation. Located along the highway, it’s easy to find no matter which direction you're coming from. There’s plenty of parking available, though the facility itself could use some renovations.
One of the highlights of the place is its artificial lake, which serves as a koi fish pond. The restaurant is budget-friendly and offers delicious Filipino dishes, making it a good place to grab a meal before or after your adventure.
For those looking for an unforgettable experience, the 35-minute hike to the mountain peak is a must-try. It’s a real adventure and an excellent cardio workout. The trail is surrounded by dense forest, so be prepared for a challenging yet rewarding climb.
Bringing water is a must, and it's best to go on a sunny day, as the path could get muddy and slippery when it rains. Along the way, you'll find various inscriptions that add an inspiring touch to the journey.
The resort also has three swimming pools, two are functional, while one appears to be under maintenance. The water doesn’t look crystal clear, possibly because it comes from the mountains, but the pools are still a great way to cool off after the hike. There are also accommodations near the pool, which is convenient for those planning to stay overnight.
The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, making the visit even more enjoyable.
As of 2025, the entrance fee is only ₱120, which is a great deal considering everything the place has to offer. Whether you're up for an adventure or just want to relax, Uraya's Peak is definitely...
Read moreI love this place! We had a ride to this place and used google map as our guide but the signal went off at 44kms away from Uraya's peak. For first timers I suggest to just follow the main road no turning right or left. We reached this place at 6pm and the staff were too accommodating and friendly! I love them. They were not supposed to allow us camp at the peak since it's raining season. We were packed well with our hiking equipments so they let us still camp. Note: just bring your own water from jump off, luckily we had our clapsible water gallon, we filled of water and brought to the peak (Oh pls don't let the staffs bring water for you at the peak! it is you responsibility) , no CR at the peak (Of course!) we solo the peak that day and mesmerized by the sunrise! It's cold in the evening so bringing a jacket is a must! 😂 There're spots on the trail where you could take nice pictures! Camping entrance (overnight) is 300 per head which is reasonable with the beauty of the place! They have resto too! Sari-sari stores outside is a bit pricey (as expected) overall experience thumbs up! Thank you staffs! They are nice people! We'll visit this place...
