At first, my travel in Brgy. Afga particularly in Afga Wave-Rock Formation was a failure. I couldn't see the rock formation because it was high tide. So I deviated my travel in other places. For sure what I did was to look at the calendar the schedule of low tide for my second visit. And there I saw the wave-rock formations. So beautifully sculptured by nature. The place has no cottages yet. I had no option but to go back to the poblacion. Another tip to travellers who will visit the place is to have a sidetrip to the lighthouse and it's nice to ride in motorcycle...
