The beach, which faces the West Philippine Sea, has dark but fine sands. During our visit the waves are insignificant, but it did not deter the visitors from enjoying their swim. The beach never fails to have people, whether locals or tourists. The beach draws more people as dusk approaches. Like most places on the Philippines west coast, it offers a beautiful view of the sunset. The beach also has cottages where people can take a rest while feeling the fresh air. There are also stores selling light snacks. The police outposts here gives an additional sense of security. One of the features that grab attention is the concrete breakwaters that looked like giant jackstones. These features absorb strong waves before reaching the shore.
