Museum of the Chelmno Ratusz — Attraction in Chełmno

Nice enough, but there's something weird and the design and architecture.

It's got a symmetry problem, at least it can't seem to decide? And does it seem to you to be sunken into the ground? Look at the far left half gate/door. Gives the impression of a building that's sinking.

Usually, buildings like this that are isolated on squares are raised above ground level. But this is flush with the square, makes it seem like it was just placed there, rather than built.
