This is a great venue with amazing thermal baths with indoor and outdoor pools as well as dry and steam saunas. I purchased the Saunarium and Relaxation package for 4.5 hours and it was great. The price was very reasonable when converted into pounds. However, their customer service once you check was not what I expected. For one the signs on all the doors and or any sign that provided instructions or directions were in Polish. They should really consider translating them as it is a popular destination attracting Brits and Americans. I approached one of the lifeguards who was working the desk by the saunarium and he was so rude. I asked him a question and at first he said yes, and so I thought he understood what I had asked, which he didn't. I realized his English was limited and instead if helping me out by getting someone who did speak English, he got frustrated and raised his voice at me, sat down and then looked in the opposite direction of where I was standing. It's not my fault he didn't speak English nor is it my fault that most people in at least Krakow don't speak English and it should be a requirement especially with the high influx of foreign tourists. This is a problem I came across in many places. They also make you think they speak English but they just know a few words. Instead of getting someone to help you like this lifeguard should have done, people in the service industry for the most part get frustrated and flip their frustration on the consumer for their inability to communicate in any other language other than polish. At the end of the day amd after 4.5 hours of relaxation, I walked away upset at the disrespect of the lifeguard. If you decide to go, know that in the saunarium area you can only wear a towel and no bathingsuit underneath. In the thermal pools you can wear a bathing suit. If you do the sauna ritual with essential oils, you can wear a towel but expect that some guests will remove the towel once in there, men and women. The top bench is the warmest as the heat rises with the essential oils. I sat in the lower bench right in front of the charcoal and the person that does the ritual. It was a great experience. Right after that I was advised to take a warm shower followed by a cold dip in none of the cold pools. Regardless of the lack of manners of the front desk clerk by the saunarium, I did have a good experience. I just wish they would be more mindful of their foreign patrons regarding the language and provided more direction. I paid to use the facilities the same way all the local polish people paid and I should not be treated differently because they lack staff who speak English. English is an international language and Krakow attracts international tourists. They should hand out brochures or something in English so guests who only speak English aren't guessing their way around and learning the premises rules as they go. I was yelled at twice for no reason. It's not my fault the signs aren't in English. Even the signs on the doors were only in Polish. I wasted a great deal of time trying to figure out which way to go. It is like I said a great venue to relax and focus on self-care and they have an amazing outdoor pool with a bar and amazing views. I recommend you go during the week and not on the weekend. It gets packed.

The only reason I am giving the facility 4 starts is because of how I was treated by the lifeguard and the company's marketing department lack of a comprehensive marketing plan to be inclusive towards foreign guests who don't speak Polish.

I hear the Chocholow Thermal Baths in Krakow are great as well. Sadly, they were closed. Maybe next time I'll try this facility.

P.D. The man in the red lifeguard shirt that I posted below is the one lifeguard you want to stir away from. He only speaks Polish, was very rude and he raised his voice at me. So, don't bother speaking to him if you only speak English. He will only be rude, frustrate you and...

Well well, nice complex, hot tubes, lazy rivers and overly clean with nice view to Tatry mntns. We went for all day tkts. Relax and fun zones. The various tickets confused us a lot. So in the end we decided to give it a go with all day tickets. After 2 hours we had try already everything and we began to finally relax. Nice slides, pretty big thumb up here. We trusted to hold on as long us possible but after 4 hours it was becoming difficult. We ate at the place, the prices for the food was comparable to airports.. quality as well so we recommend, unless you don't like fast food of course, take your own food and water. We are Couple of potatoes and salad with one small turkey breast and me pork chops, bottle of water and cheesecake. Total 72 zl for the food. The waiter did not tell the price do I had to check it on my own later. The receipt you can take at the cash out, when you pay for everything at the end. Also weird I was getting a mountain dew, got it, opened the bottle add I was thirsty, tried it and it come to me that it is low calorie zero sugar mountain dew.. I did not asked for zero sugar, but that was the only mountain dew they had.. could take coke or something but no. The waitress said that this is what they have.. I asked mountain dew, not mountain dew zero calories.. so if you do something be sure to be left alone with your problem. We arrived at 10.15 and stayed until 17.15 around. It was forced a lot to stay so long and we couldn't do it longer. Overly experience is nice.. but we had a very good weather and I think we over did with all day long tickets . There was less people in the morning, and when we were living the crowd seem to be getting smaller. I'm sure ain't going to get back there, as there was no real swimming pool at all over there. People do drink there a lot alcohol but it's clean, some people smoke outside on the grass and left cigarette tips on the grass... The beach chairs are taken with local style reservation by putting towel on it so the chairs are difficult to find. Lazy river was nice and artificial wave. Big thumb up for the work of life guards, at least 2 of them seem to be very...

Bussy weekend, loads of people :)...worth getting the no limit ticket so you can move around to the 3 different zones that are inside... 2 are family friendly 1 for adults only... You have 3 decent water slides in the fun zone, shallow water, wave pool, jacuzzi and many people :)) some really annoying people that dont have any common sense :) so youll have to wait for jacuzzi or anything else until someone leaves. Relaxation zone bussssssyyyyyy at the weekend so no relaxation involved :) again lack of common sense in guests make it really weird .... Saunarium also packed as was weekend but in my opinion more common sense people, wet saunas you have to go in naked, dry saunas you need your towel to sit you bum and feet on..there is a communal changing room where you can leave your swimming costume also there are separate lockers if you have more precious items on you. There is an jacuzzi upstairs, also the bar is there where u can have nearly any drink you want and they also do panini so you can munch on something. cold water swimming pool so after a hot sauna you can chill with a swim in the cold water swimming pool can go naked or with swimming suit on, different types of showers, cold water bucket to chill after a sauna, mineral pool also open to swimming suit or naked. The outside dry sauna holds sauna rituals every 2 hours really bussy at the weekend, the guys doing the rituals are really good and funny even tho they only do the chat in polish :) ... if you never done a sauna ritual sit on the lower sitting area it is quite intense 5 10 min ritual... dont forget to bread thru your mouth not your nose as you mite burn ur nostril hairs :))

Great place, will definetly go back maybe in...

Our family of four visited the park yesterday. We bought our tickets to the fun zone online in advance hoping to lower our stress levels while the kids have fun as the website suggests. It turned out to be anything but stress relieving experience. All pools were extremely crowded. The queue for the tickets was massive but it didn’t seem there was a limit of how many tickets would be sold. Some numbers: almost all of 1600+ lockers were full, I assume most parents share the lockers with their kids, so maybe at least 2 people per locker, which means at the park there were more than 3000 people. There are 2400sq m of pools, so less than 1sq meter per person. And that’s exactly how it felt. The kids couldn’t swim a couple of meters or enjoy the wave pool without bumping into someone. At one point there was a thunderstorm so everyone was asked to get inside for about an hour. It was a nightmare. I attach some photos taken while people were allowed to be outside so you can imagine how busy it was during the thunderstorm. We didn’t have the tickets for the relax zone but it looked just as crowded as the fun zone. There was about 30min queuing time for the slides with the rubber rings. The only place were there was no queue - ladies toilets, even though there were only six of them. Many people did not shower before entering the pools. We thought that 3.5 hours will be not enough but it turned out we got bored. We’ve been to several water parks in different countries and this one seemed to be the worst. I would suggest not wasting your money and do something else, at least during the school holidays.

Parking bezpłatny i myślę miejsca dość (ulokowany jakby w dwóch strefach).
